A Young Life

This past week has made me think about a lot of things. Mainly what we say and don't say to the people around us. When was the last time you told your wife/husband, sister, brother, mom, dad, or children that you loved them? Probably not to recently. Life is extremely fragile and can slip away in the blink of an eye. Never hesitate to tell those you care about just how much you love them and appreciate them being in your life.

Unfortunately my cousin has passed away. While him and I were not very close, I still see the immense pain on the faces of those who he was close to. I can only imagine what  they would give to tell him one more time how much they love him and how much he means or has changed their life. Don't ever assume that the those you care for know and it doesn't need to be said because you may never have the chance to say it again.

In loving memory of Jeffery Macfarlan. You will live forever in our hearts.

Aww I'm so sorry for your loss. We do take those closest to us for granted though and we should say how much we love them more often.

Hope you're okay <3

Nice posting and am sorry for your loss. Your words are very true. One of the lessons my mom told me is to never go to bed angry or mad at the hubby. We also say we love each other every chance we get and sometimes he calls me on his lunch breaks just to tell me. :)

Hazel - Thank you. I agree with you 100%. Don't forget to tell your family how much you love them :)

Gossip_Grl - Thank you, my dad taught me that same lesson! What you and your husband do is absolutely adorable :) I might have to start doing that!

I know what you mean and I felt exactly the same way when I lost my granddad.
New follower in your list!

Cheers :)
